Our EU tester sees Accept and Reject options, while a US tester sees a different experience. Is OptinStack applying the wrong design?
The difference may be intentional. OptinStack separates the consent model from the banner UI variant. Regional policies can resolve to opt-in, opt-out, informational, or a Do Not Sell or Share presentation.
At runtime, inspect window.OptinStack.region, mode, and uiVariant. Policy matching prefers a specific region, then an EU rule, then the global fallback. Review the published regional rules in the dashboard before changing the banner design. Regional rules and geo-targeting depend on the relevant plan entitlement.
