I only want the Consent banner on our shop and checkout paths while we test. Can I target specific pages without removing the runtime everywhere else?

Yes. Configure page targeting in the dashboard with either all pages or a list of pathnames such as /shop and /checkout. On off-target pages, the runtime can still load for API access, but the Consent banner is not shown for that visit.
Remember that page targeting affects the consent UI. Review whether third-party Trackers on off-target pages still need consent enforcement before using a limited scope in production.
