# Plans and page counts explained

Every account can use Free on each eligible hostname by default, while paid plans attach to one hostname and are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record\. Each tier has a page\-scan limit, so this guide explains what counts as a page and when a higher tier helps\.

## How page counts work

Each tier scans up to a fixed number of pages per run\. When you add a domain, the scanner discovers pages from your sitemap \(or by following links from your homepage\) and scans up to your tier limit\. If your site has more discoverable pages than your tier allows, OptinStack scans a deterministic first segment of that discovered URL list and leaves the rest for a higher tier\. Higher tiers scan deeper into the same ordering rather than choosing a different random sample\. The first full scan can take some time, and the page count is then visible in the dashboard\.

### What counts as a page?

It is the number of unique URLs the scanner reaches by discovering pages on the domain and following internal links, up to your tier limit. It does not count pages it cannot reach.

### I don't know my page count. How do I price it?

Start with Free, then compare the first scan against your sitemap or internal page inventory. If the scan reaches 50 pages or misses important sections, move that hostname to a higher tier.

## Free and paid hostname assignments

Free can activate on each verified custom hostname or registered Webflow or Framer development hostname by default\. Every platform follows the same tier rules\. Registration alone stays inactive until the hostname receives Free, paid, Enterprise, or Workspace coverage\.

## Published page limits

Free: 50 pages per scan with a 24\-hour cooldown by default\. Pro: 100\. Business: 350\. Enterprise: 1,000\. Higher plans scan a longer prefix of the same deterministically ordered URL list\.
